We are looking for an SEO Lead and Content Writer who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic to our website. In addition to SEO expertise, this role requires proficiency in content writing to create engaging and optimized content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Familiarity with programmatic SEO is also essential to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
As SEO and Content Lead, you'll report to the Marketing Manager and help us increase our global marketing footprint. Additionally, you will assist with various marketing initiatives to grow the business. Also, you should be able to churn out reports and metrics with the help of sophisticated marketing tools and present them to the team.
As a member of the Marketing Team, you will use your expert-level knowledge in digital advertising - campaign optimization, programmatic SEO, mailers, ad buying, and more.
Responsibilities?
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve the organic visibility and ranking of our website.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for various digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, social media, and other online channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content that aligns with SEO best practices.
- Implement programmatic SEO initiatives to automate and enhance the efficiency of our SEO campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights and automation tools to optimize content, keywords, and other SEO elements programmatically.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and content structure to enhance search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, to increase the website's authority and credibility.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website architecture, site speed, and other technical elements are optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
- Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated experience with programmatic SEO tools and automation platforms.
- Proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to enhance SEO performance programmatically.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Proven experience as an SEO Lead with a successful track record of improving organic search rankings.
- 3+ years of a strong portfolio of content writing showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen understanding of content creation for online platforms.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both SEO, content writing, and programmatic SEO.
- Strong copywriting skills. Good programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge.
- A team player, a quick thinker with leadership abilities, and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances.
