About the Role:
We're looking for a Junior HR Executive who will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for our design team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented designers across various specializations including UI/UX, graphic design, product design, and visual design. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting creative talent with exciting opportunities and building a world-class design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all design positions from junior to senior levels, including sourcing, screening portfolios and resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring process
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of design talent through job boards, portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble), LinkedIn, and creative communities
- Coordinate and schedule design assignments, portfolio reviews, and interview rounds while maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with design managers and creative directors to understand role requirements, participate in intake meetings, and present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates
- Prepare offer letters, conduct salary negotiations, and manage the offer acceptance process through to coordination with onboarding teams
- Stay updated on design industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends in design hiring

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with some exposure to creative hiring
- Understanding of design roles and ability to evaluate design portfolios (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting for design, creative, or product roles
- Knowledge of design principles, terminology, and portfolio evaluation
- Experience using platforms like Behance, Dribbble, or other creative communities
- Understanding of different design specializations (UI/UX, graphic, motion, etc.)
- Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
