We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us with our growth. We are a remote-first company, so you'll work with our remote team to Market our great security training products that delight our customers.
What is the role of a Marketing Specialist?
As our first marketing hire, you will be an integral part of our growth story. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to create, execute and optimize strategies and tactics to drive top-of-funnel growth, from awareness to signs up. You will work across channels including paid social, content marketing, and SEO.
You will be joining at an exciting stage for the company, with tremendous growth potential.
This role is perfectly suited for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven person, who thrives in environments of high ownership and ambiguity, and is hungry for impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing in Training or equivalent Industry
- Good knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools
- Prior experience in handling end-to-end marketing.
- Ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas to improve marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage marketing channels (e.g., paid social, affiliate marketing, sponsored content)
- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenues growth
- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
- Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
- Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
